6 adjoining 5 acre lots total 30 acres of treed land for sale in peaceful Pine Meadow Ranches, about two hours W of Albuquerque, New Mexico in the Four Corners area by Gallup and Grants. It's one of my favorite places to spend the day looking at land near the Cibola National Forest and the small towns of Ramah, Candy Kitchen and the Zuni Pueblo. This area in the Zuni Mountains is rich in history and the ranch sits on the back side of El Morro National Monument, a historical landmark preserving the remains of a mesa top where 1500 people lived in an 875 room pueblo from 1275-1350 A.D. Al...so called Inscription Rock, travelers have left signatures, names, dates, and stories - including carvings made by the Pueblo People! All of the photos were taken of the properties and their surrounding views when we visited in July 2013. It was getting a bit late in the evening and the sun made pretty views thru the clouds in the sunset! There properties are very private towards the southern part of the ranch with no one around! There are quite a few big tall trees and lots of open meadows making for a quiet and private setting. You get a short ways off the road and you get lost in the trees - nice! The property is fairly flat with a gentle roll to it and scattered about are native plants, grass, and some old tangled wood adding character. There are pretty views of trees everywhere you look from across the street to the mountains to the north and south. There is decent access on a bladed dirt road not too far off the graveled main drag, Pine Meadow Drive. You can see in the parcel map that the two lots to the south are corner lots so no one on either side of the property for quite a ways.
