Arrangements are being made for an upgraded 320 Amp Main Electrical Panel to be installed. Along with several new pictures, I have added the basic floor plans for each of the levels of the home, as well as the apartment above the garage. Update 9/10/15: Windows have been installed in the garage and the apartment above the garage. 4 very customized entry doors have been built and installed in the garage and apartment as well. Update 12/4/15: The new 400 amp electric panel is now installed on the house, and trenching, moving and installing new conduit, and installation of new wire from transformer to the panel is complete. Along with that, we have also moved and installed a new 2" conduit for phone and cable tv. Update 1/16/16: A 100 Amp subfed panel has been installed and energized inside the garage, which will service the garage and the apartment above the garage. Electric rough in is now being done and should be complete soon. A 80,000 BTU garage furnace has also been installed. Garage doors have been ordered and installation should be done soon.
